ALL ORDERS DESPATCHED FROM UK
We ship within the UK and Worldwide. You will find that our shipping rates are very competitive and parcels sent by international courier are tracked from the moment they leave AES. Note that any customs clearance, import tax or duty charges are beyond the control of AES and must be paid for by the customer, unless pre-paid on ordering.

Either login using details from an existing account (if you have forgotten your password click on the link and we will send you an email to re-set), order as a guest or create a new account at AES.
This is a secure system. We do not store any payment details on our server after payment for your order has been processed.
After ordering you will be sent an email confirming your order.
We will send notification of despatch by email with any relevant tracking information.
Simply call 01584 819552 between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.00pm on Friday. When ordering, have the quantities and part numbers you require and your payment details ready.

Goods No Longer Required
If the goods supplied are no longer required please return them to us in an unused condition, in original packaging, within 10 working days of their supply date.
We will either offer a full refund or credit the returned items against the cost of exchange goods.
We do not refund postage costs unless the products are incorrect or faulty.
If you are returning items from outside the UK you must fill out customs declarations clearly stating they are "Returned Goods" to avoid import fees.

Please note that cut lengths of cable, sleeving, etc cannot be returned.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods should be returned to us for testing.
If the goods are found to be faulty we will either offer a replacement free of charge or a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will also be refunded.
