Goods No Longer Required
If the goods supplied are no longer required please return them to us in an unused condition, in original packaging, within 14 working days of their supply date.
We will either offer a full refund or credit the returned items against the cost of exchange goods.
We do not refund postage costs unless the products are incorrect or faulty.
If you are returning items from outside the UK you must fill out customs declarations clearly stating they are "Returned Goods" to avoid import fees.

Please note that cut lengths of cable, sleeving, etc cannot be returned.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods should be returned to us for testing.
If the goods are found to be faulty we will either offer a replacement free of charge or a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will also be refunded.
