Brain Not Functioning!

Wednesday was a bad day, Thursday even worse, that's for me. I ordered 5 closed battery terminals (SO2436613) on Wednesday which arrived yesterday, eager to get on with the restoration I realised l'd miss read 10mm2 x 8dia to read 10dia x 10dia so the ones l'd got are no good to me.
Thanks for a brilliant service, just a pity I wasn't, I put it down to the heat on my brain not functioning.

Squashed!

I think I've resolved the problem by replacing the thick eyelet connector on the alternator wire by soldering on a new thinner one I've made from squashed copper pipe. It seems to work ok.

Ok I'll start at the beginning..... I'm re-looming My 20 year old Westfield, there's a few differences between the new loom and my car layout so I'm going to need to extend a few bits and shorten a few bits, I've ordered a bucketload of stuff in 2 orders, both have arrived promptly and by that I mean next day for the first order and 2 days for the second (no squealing about "possible delays due to CoronaVirus") all items ordered were in stock, very well packed and correct.

All in all I'm chuffed to bits with the service provided.
